The Lottery needed to engage Washingtonians in a more meaningful way than simply advertising Lottery products. So Cole & Weber created the Department of Imagination a campaign that helps players imagine what they could do if they won big. I helped create a refresh of this ongoing campaign, including broadcast spots as well as social and digital marketing which tapped into peoples lottery dreams.
